When will my products ship?

We aim to ship your products within the same business day. If you have ordered your product(s) after 5pm EST we will then ship it the following business day. 

What if I'm not satisfied with the product?

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our product(s), we will gladly provide an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase period for products purchased in the US. Why you might say? Because we believe in our products! We will gladly send you the shipping label. Products that have been mostly or 100% used will not be covered as well. 

Can I edit my shipping or billing address once I place my order?

Sorry but we cannot change your shipping or billing address once the order has been placed.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email confirmation with your product and shipment details.

How do I know how to use or apply the product(s) I have purchased?

All instructions on how to use our product(s) are included within your purchased package.
